How usefomo works
What is usefomo?
A launcher for pump.fun and Pons coins whose creator fees are sent into a fomo account you choose. Paid on chain, automatically, with no sign-up for the person being paid.
Where do the fees go?
80% to the fomo account, 20% to usefomo. A deployer can take 0-10% as a reward out of the fomo account's 80%. The split is written on chain at launch and can never be changed.
How is the fomo account paid?
Straight into their fomo wallet: SOL for pump.fun coins, ETH for Pons coins. It shows up in their fomo app. They never claim anything.
When do payments go out?
Our keeper pushes fees out once a coin's pending share is worth about $1 or more. Anyone can trigger it on chain too.
Does usefomo hold the money?
No. On pump.fun the fee split is set in pump.fun's own fee sharing. On Pons each coin has its own tiny contract with fixed payees and no owner. There is no withdraw button anywhere.
Can the recipient refuse?
Yes, from the Opt out page. Their share then goes to usefomo, and coins naming them are hidden.
Can the split change later?
Not by us or the deployer. On Pons, Pons itself can re-point a coin's fee recipient after a 3-day public notice.
Is usefomo part of fomo?
No. usefomo is independent and not affiliated with fomo, pump.fun or Pons.
